Soulcraft™ Initiation Guides and Wild Mind Practitioners

Soulcraft™ Initiation Guides (SAIP Graduates)

The Soul Initiation Guides in this Directory are cultural change agents who have completed Animas’ masters-degree-equivalent training in the skills and practices of nature-based soul-initiation guiding (SAIP). This extensive and immersive training typically requires a time investment of 4-6 years, sometimes more, during which trainees learn Animas’ foundational models and methods, including the Soulcentric Developmental Wheel and the Nature-Based Map of the Human Psyche. Soul Initiation Guides are those whose skills and training are focused not on healing or therapy but on guiding the journey of soul initiation, including the Descent to Soul, which takes place during a developmental stage we call the Cocoon, a stage reached by less than 10% of people in contemporary industrialized societies. Each SAIP graduate has completed over 500 hours of in-the-field, supervised guiding, both 1:1 and in groups.

Areas of skill include: soulcentric dreamwork, deep imagery journeys, animacy, the art of ceremony, shadow work, mirroring, self-healing and wholing, council and group facilitation, individual mentoring, and program design.

Please note, this directory serves to list the individuals who have graduated SAIP and are therefore Soul Initiation Guides. Being listed here is not necessarily an endorsement of their work, although we stand behind the quality of our training program.

Wild Mind Practitioners

Wild Mind Practitioners are human development professionals in various fields (such as psychotherapy, clinical psychology, professional counseling, ministry, life coaching, ecotherapy, rites of passage, education, mentoring, and outdoor education) who have successfully completed Animas’s extensive Wild Mind Certification program. As Certified Wild Mind Practitioners, they support the cultivation of wholeness and self-healing and the capacity to address the incomplete developmental tasks from childhood and early adolescence. Read more about what they do here.

The cultivation of wholeness, the process of self-healing, and an ecocentric perspective on developmental tasks are three dimensions of Animas’s paradigm of human development that supports humans to enhance not only their own lives and those of their families but also the life of all species of the Earth Community. (Wild Mind Practitioners are not trained to guide the Journey of Soul Initiation past the phase of preparation.)

To date, Animas has certified over 100 Wild Mind practitioners including those who make their home in Europe, Australia, Africa, and South America, as well as North America.

Please note, this directory serves to list the individuals who have been certified by Animas to use the Nature-Based Map of the Psyche in their respective fields. Being listed here is not necessarily an endorsement of their work, although we stand behind the quality of our certification program.
